Hi, I'm Asta
Since childhood, movement has been my way of expressing myself.
My love for sports led me to the Lithuanian national team, where I spent many years as a track and field athlete. My passion for sports naturally became a bridge to a career as a personal trainer — helping others strengthen their bodies, improve their health, and enjoy exercise.
For a long time, I believed that health meant more training, a stricter diet, and stronger discipline. That’s what I was taught, and it seemed right. However, deep down, I felt that something was missing — balance, connection with myself, awareness that no diet plan or exercise program could provide.
Working with clients, I noticed that the most important thing was not training, but real conversations, human connection, and the revelation of true needs and desires. Many were looking not only for physical transformation, but also for someone who would hear, see, and understand their inner challenges. That’s when I realized that health is much more than just nutrition and exercise.
This realization prompted me to take on a new challenge and go to work at an international school in Saudi Arabia. Working with teenagers, teaching not only movement but also nutrition and emotional awareness, I saw how early health beliefs are formed and how often young people are already disconnected from their bodies and self-esteem.
This experience, together with my personal journey, inspired me to delve even deeper. I enrolled at the world-renowned Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York. It was here that I discovered the missing piece – the realization that health is deeply individual and multifaceted. There is no one right way. True health is about discovering what nourishes you — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Today, drawing on my experience as an athlete, coach, and educator, I help people reconnect with themselves and create their own unique path to health.
